Fish oil comes from fish caught in the South Atlantic and off the coasts of Chile and Peru sardines,anchovies and mackerel. From them, using the whole fish, raw fish oil is produced within the first day after catching the fish. Then it travels to a factory in Iceland, where it is cleaned, purified and prepared for the production of Bioguto Omega-3 Premium (ArcticMed).

Small fish have a relatively short life cycle, which makes them more resistant to intensive fishing and has less impact on the environment. In addition, they are lower on the food chain than, for example, salmon or other large fish, and accumulate fewer pollutants. The fish oil contained in Bioguto Omega-3 Premium (ArcticMed) contains "Friend of the Sea"(Friend of the sea (FOS))a certificate proving that the product is sustainable and that you contribute to the preservation of nature by using it.

The fish oil contained in Bioguto Omega-3 Premium (ArcticMed) is stable, free from heavy metals, phthalates (plastic softeners) and meets all EU requirements for cleanliness and purity of fish oil. It is very important to mention that they do not contain fish protein, so they are also suitable for people allergic to fish (we always recommend trying them on the skin before drinking them), and the fatty acids are natural and easily absorbed forms of triglycerides.

The oil is extracted from Picual olives. They were cultivated around 900-1000. above sea level. At this altitude, parasites that attack olive trees do not breed, so olives grow without the use of any pesticides. Once the harvest season begins, the olives for this oil are picked only for the first few days, in the mornings and pressed no more than 4 hours after picking. In order for the oil to be particularly rich in polyphenols, the mill is cooled with cold water to create pressed oil. The lower the temperature of the pressed olives, the less but better quality oil is obtained. Our olive oil is laboratory tested and particularly rich in polyphenols, oleic acid (omega-9) and bioactive compounds such as hydroxytyrosol and oleocanthal. In the aftertaste, you can feel the oleocanthal-like tingling sensation and the urge to cough.

Why do you need olive oil? Fish contains many natural compounds that protect unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 among them) from oxidation. These are various water-soluble (eg vitamin C) and fat-soluble (eg tocopherols, carotenoids, ubiquinones) antioxidants and enzymes. The label is made from recycled polyethylene film. Its surface material contains at least 52% post-consumer recycled plastic and at least 42% production waste recycled plastic.
