Bioguto Omega-3 Premium NATURAL – 2900 mg/10 ml, 300 ml
Bioguto Omega-3 Premium consists of two main components: fish oil and olive oil.
The fish oil contained in Bioguto Omega-3 Premium is stable, free of heavy metals, phthalates (plastic softeners) and meets all EU requirements for cleanliness and purity for fish oil. It is very important to mention that it does not contain fish protein, so it is also suitable for people with fish allergies (we always recommend testing on the skin before drinking), and the fatty acids are in the natural and easily absorbed form of triglycerides.
The olive oil in Bioguto Omega-3 Premium is laboratory-tested and is particularly rich in polyphenols, oleic acid (omega-9), and bioactive compounds such as hydroxytyrosol and oleocanthal. In the aftertaste, you can feel the tingling sensation characteristic of oleocanthal and the urge to cough.
Why do you need olive oil? Fish contains many natural compounds that protect unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 among them) from oxidation. These are various water-soluble (e.g. vitamin C) and fat-soluble (e.g. tocopherols, carotenoids, ubiquinones) antioxidants and enzymes. During the purification and refining of fish oil, most of them are lost, and in order to keep the omega-3 intact, antioxidant compounds are added additionally. Most often, these are tocopherols. They keep the unsaturated fatty acids stable in the bottle, but in the human body they are far from replacing the complex compounds naturally found in fish. This is one of the reasons why the results of clinical studies in which patients consume fish speak of greater health benefits than the results of studies with fish oil supplements. Bioguto Omega-3 Premium is different from other fish oil products on the market because the exceptional quality polyphenol-rich olive oil it contains protects the fragile omega-3 acids, replicating the action of the antioxidant compounds naturally found in fish. It protects omega-3s from damage not only in the bottle but also in the body, allowing them to safely enter human cells and enjoy their benefits.
It is for these reasons that Bioguto Omega-3 Premium is so effective that it helps restore the omega-6:omega-3 ratio in the body in just 100 days of daily use.

- Oil from small fish caught in wild waters (sardines, anchovies and mackerel).Country of origin: Iceland
Fish oil comes from fish caught in the South Atlantic and off the coasts of Chile and Peru sardines, anchovies and mackerel. From them, using the whole fish, raw fish oil is produced within the first day after catching the fish. Then it travels to a factory in Iceland, where it is cleaned, purified and prepared for the production of Bioguto Omega-3 Premium (ArcticMed).
Small fish have a relatively short life cycle, which makes them more resistant to intensive fishing and has less impact on the environment. In addition, they are lower on the food chain than, for example, salmon or other large fish, and accumulate fewer pollutants. The fish oil contained in Bioguto Omega-3 Premium (ArcticMed) contains "Friend of the Sea"(Friend of the sea (FOS))a certificate proving that the product is sustainable and that you contribute to the preservation of nature by using it.

- Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.Country of origin: Spain.
The oil is extracted from Picual olives. They were cultivated around 900-1000. above sea level. At this altitude, parasites that attack olive trees do not breed, so olives grow without the use of any pesticides. Once the harvest season begins, the olives for this oil are picked only for the first few days, in the mornings and pressed no more than 4 hours after picking. In order for the oil to be particularly rich in polyphenols, the mill is cooled with cold water to create pressed oil. The lower the temperature of the pressed olives, the less but better quality oil is obtained. Our olive oil is laboratory tested and particularly rich in polyphenols, oleic acid (omega-9) and bioactive compounds such as hydroxytyrosol and oleocanthal. In the aftertaste, you can feel the oleocanthal-like tingling sensation and the urge to cough.

When creating Biogutas Omega-3 Premium, we did not want just another ordinary fish oil, but a comprehensively considered product for the whole family. It was important to us not only the amount of EPA and DHA, but also the origin and quality of the raw material, the natural form of omega-3, protection against oxidation and, of course, a pleasant taste.
Natural, unconcentrated fish oil
The product uses natural, unconcentrated fish oil. It retains the fatty acid combination characteristic of fish - not only EPA and DHA, but also other omega-3 fatty acids naturally present in fish oil.
Omega-3s are in their natural triglyceride form – as they are found in fish and normally obtained through food. Triglycerides are a natural form of dietary fat that the body normally breaks down and absorbs during digestion.
Certified responsible sourcing
The fish oil used in Biogutas Omega-3 Premium is certified according to the international "Friend of the Sea" sustainability standard.
Certification assesses the origin of the raw material, the state of fish stocks, the impact of fishing on other species, and the traceability of the raw material throughout the supply chain.
This means that when selecting raw materials, not only their quality was important, but also how they are extracted and what impact they have on marine ecosystems.
We are very proud that MB "Pilnas šaukštas" is the first and so far the only Lithuanian company to receive the "Friend of the Sea" certificate for an omega-3 product.
Thoughtful protection against oxidation
Omega-3 fatty acids are sensitive to oxygen, light, and heat. Therefore, high-quality raw materials alone are not enough – how they are protected during production and storage is also important.
For this reason, the product is manufactured in an oxygen-free environment, supplemented with polyphenol-rich extra virgin olive oil and a mixture of natural tocopherols, and bottled in dark glass bottles.
All these solutions work together and help maintain the freshness and quality of the product for as long as possible.
Not just any olive oil
We chose polyphenol-rich extra virgin olive oil from Greece.
It is included not as a neutral additional oil, but as an important part of the product. The polyphenols naturally present in it, together with tocopherols, help protect sensitive omega-3 fatty acids from oxidation.
Pleasant daily consumption
Carefully purified fish oil and a balanced formula help to avoid an unpleasant fish taste and aftertaste.
Biogutas Omega-3 Premium Natural has a mild, natural oil taste, making it easy to consume daily – for both children and adults.
Made in Germany
The final product is manufactured and bottled in Germany, in compliance with quality and food safety requirements applied in the European Union.
Created in Lithuania for the whole family
